To download and install arp-scan on CentOS, use the wget command to download the arp-scan RPM package.
[root@server1 ~]# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.com/pub/epel/7/SRPMS/a/arp-scan-1.9.2-1.el7.src.rpm
Install the arp-scan package.
[root@server1 ~]# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.com/pub/epel/7/SRPMS/a/arp-scan-1.9.2-1.el7.src.rpm
