This error message appears when attempting to launch an app in Citrix Receiver.

 

Attempt to use the web interface instead of Citrix Receiver.

  1. Navigate to the website address for the Citrix XenApp web interface.
  2. Sign in. 
  3. Attempt to launch the application from the web interface.
