Resolve "Sorry, we're having trouble opening this item" in Outlook

 

If NEED PASSWORD is displayed at the bottom of Outlook, select NEED PASSWORD.

 

The status should change to TRYING TO CONNECT for a few moments.

 

The status should change to ONLINE WITH: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE. Once ONLINE WITH: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE is displayed, the error should no longer appear.
