Error message Access Denied can appear if the IUSR account does not have Write permission.  Follow these directions to resolve this issue.

1. At C:\inetpub, right-click on the wwwroot folder, and select Properites.
2. Click on the Security Tab.
3. Highlight the IIS_IUSRS account, and click on the Edit button.

Note: You may also need to do this with your Windows user account.

4. Check-mark the Write permission.
5. Click Apply, OK.
