IBM WebSphere - Dynamic cluster modes (manual supervised automatic)

This assumes you have created a dynamic cluster.
A dynamic cluster can run in three different modes - Manual; Supervised; Automatic.
- Manual mode - you will need to manually start/stop the application servers in the cluster.
- Supervised mode - you will be alerted to start/stop an application server in a cluster, and then you would manually start/stop the application server.
- Automatic mode - application servers will automatically be started/stopped
