IBM MQ - mqlicense.sh command

Updated:   |  IBM MQ articles

If you are not familiar with what IBM MQ (message queue) is, check out our Getting Started page.

On a Linux system, the mqlicense.sh command can be used to view and accept the IBM license agreement. In this example, the base install directory for MQ Server is /opt/MQServer. The mqlicense.sh command with the -text_only option can be used to display the license.

/opt/MQServer/mqlicense.sh -text_only

The -accept option is used to accept the license agreement.

/opt/MQServer/mqlicense.sh -accept
