VSFTPD - Disable anonymous connections

By default, the vsftpd.conf file will allow anonymous connections. Make the following change to the vsftpd.conf file to disable anonymous connections.
anonymous_enable=NO
Restart VSFTPD for this change to take effect.
systemctl restart vsftpd
