FTP and Secure FTP (FTPS, SFTP) - Enable PureDB backend

By default, the PureDB backend is commented out (disabled) in /etc/pure-ftpd/pure-ftpd.conf. To use the PureDB backend, uncomment the PureDB directive so that the directive contains the absolute path to your pureftpd.pdb file.
PureDB /etc/pure-ftpd/pureftpd.pdb
Restart PureFTPd for this change to take effect.
systemctl restart pure-ftpd
You will then want to add users to your PureDB backend.
