Let's say you are using the imcl (Installation Manager command line tool) command to do something, such as listing the available fixes and "CRIMC1014E ERROR: The package version is not specified" is being returned.
~]# /opt/IBM/InstallationManager/eclipse/tools/imcl listAvailableFixes com.ibm.websphere.ND.v85 -repositories /usr/local/ibm/interimfix/43148
CRIMC1014E ERROR: The package version is not specified.
In this example, this error has occurred because only the package ID "com.ibm.websphere.ND.v85" was used but both the package ID and package version such has "com.ibm.websphere.ND.v85_8.5.5021.20220202_1245" must be used.
