These are just my personal notes as I was working through the New to ServiceNow training modules.
A table in ServiceNow is like a database. You add records to a table, just like you add records to a database.
My application contained a table with both Open and Closed Records.
Modules can be used to only return certain records, such as only returning Open records. At All > Studio, I selected the application (NeedIt in this example) and selected Create Application File.
And then selected Navigation > Module > Create.
And then named the module Open since the purpose of this module is to just return open records.
I was then able to select the Open module.
And only Open records were displayed.
