To add a user account to the Administrators group in Active Directory:
- In Server Manager, select Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers
- Select the Users folder.
- Double-click on the user account you want to add to the Administrators group.
- Select the Member Of tab.
- Select Add.
- Type the group name, select Check Names, and select OK.
