Use apt-get or yum to install notepadqq.
[john.doe@server1 ~]# add-apt-repository ppa:notepadqq-team/notepadqq
[john.doe@server1 ~]# apt-get update
[john.doe@server1 ~]# apt-get install notepadqq
Notepadqq should be installed, and you should be able to use Notepadqq.
