To give a user read and write permission to a network share:

1. Launch Active Directory Users and Computer.
2. Select Action > Find.
3. Enter the name of the person being added and select Find Now.
4. In the list of results, double-click on the persons account.
5. In the Properites dialog box, select the Member Of tab.
6. Select Add.
7. In the Select Groups pop-up box, enter the name of the Active Directory group, select Check Names, and select OK.
