Typically, you should be able to create a new Skype meeting in Outlook by following these steps:

1. Near the bottom left-hand corner of Outlook, select the Calendar icon.
2. In the top panel of Outlook, select New Skype Meeting.

When the New Skype Meeting option is missing, do the following:

1. In Outlook, select File > Options.
2. In the left panel, select Add Ins.
3. Near the bottom of the Add Ins view, select COM Add-ins and select Go.
4. Tick Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office and select OK.

Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office should now be listed under Active Application Add-ins.

If Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office is listed under Disabled Application Add-ins, do the following:

1. Select the Windows Start icon, type regedit in search, and select regedit.exe.
2. Backup the Registry.
3. Expand the appropriate directory:
   • 32-bit OS & 32-bit Office & Click to run install = KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Registry\Machine\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
   • 64-bit OS & 64-bit Office & Click to run install = KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Registry\Machine\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
   • 64-bit OS & 32-bit Office & Click to run install = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Registry\Machine\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
   • 32-bit OS & 32-bit Office & MSI install= HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
   • 64-bit OS & 64-bit Office & MSI install = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
   • 64-bit OS & 32-bit Office & MSI install = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\UcAddin.LyncAddin.1
4. Double-click on the LoadBehavior key.
5. Set Value data to 3 and sekect OK.
   • 2 = disabled
   • 3 = enabled
6. Close Outlook, and then launch Outlook again.
