Windows - Resolve "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action"

If you are able to interact with Excel:
- Select File > Options.
- Select Advanced.
- Under General, tick Ignore other applications that use DDE.
If you are not able to interact with Excel, in Task Manager, end the Excel process.
