IBM Installation Manager - Display log events using the imcl exportInstallData command

If you have not yet installed IBMs Installation Manager, check out our article on installing Installation Manager.
The imcl (Installation Manager command line tool) command with the exportInstallData option can be used to create a file that contains Installation Manager events. As an example, let's say the Installation Manager command line tool is located at /opt/IBM/InstallationManager/eclipse/tools/imcl. In this example, the output.zip file will be created in the present working directory, and the output.zip file will contain Installation Manager events.
/opt/IBM/InstallationManager/eclipse/tools/imcl exportInstallData output.zip
