The ssh-keygen command with the -lf option can be used to display the fingerprint of an SSH public key file.
~]# ssh-keygen -lf /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key.pub
256 SHA256:zuQiQM3pxWv6dUpzipjtZcUmP4l7EQb5lcUQNYpm3Ao no comment (ECDSA)
