These are just my personal notes as I was working through the New to ServiceNow training modules.

In the upper right hand corner of ServiceNow, i selected Impresonate User.

And then selected the user I wanted to impersonate and selected Impersonate user.

The impersonation was successful. Once done, I selected End impersonation.
