At All > Studio, I selected the application ("App Decom" in this example) and selected Create Application File.

And then selected Flow Designer > Flow > Create.

And I then created a simple flow that updates the Request Item Record (RITM) to approved and selected Activate to activate the flow.

I then clicked on the Test button and entered my Request Item Record (RITM) to test the flow.

Then click on the link "Your test has finished running. View the flow execution details" and a new tab should open. The new tab should be the "Flow execution" tab. In this example, the Flow Execution should contain the Update Record task that sets the RITM to approved.
